About Me

Dennis Harpool - Certified Bob Ross Instructor: I am a native Arizonan and am originally from Ajo, Arizona. I got interested in oil painting after attending a weekend painting class. I loved the feeling of accomplishment after the class was completed. A real oil painting, that I had done. Wow! I decided I would become a certified Bob Ross instructor for my personal enjoyment and to increase my knowledge. However during my certification classes I remembered how much fun I had at the classes I had attended and how rewarding it was to walk out with a completed oil painting. That memory helped me to decide that I wanted to teach others so they could feel that way too. So here I am teaching Bob Ross wet on wet painting technique.

Classes are held at the Hobby Lobby Store located at 4710 E. Ray Road, Phoenix, Arizona.

To register for an upcoming class please go to Dennis Oil Painting Web site where you can register and pay on line. A link to the site is available under "Useful Links".

The Hobby Lobby Class fee is $55. No personal checks accepted. Cash, money order or on-line payment only.

If this is your first time painting or you do not have brushes and or and easel I have a limited number of brush and easels sets that can be rented for $10.
